Well, you are right, the background IS a screenshot from an episode. I don't like leaving the picture without any background (white one is very boring, I try not to overuse it too much), and drawing my own is not a priority for me RN, so I choose to use transparent ones. Specifically on this image, I agree with you that it looks awry (mainly because of Ursa, I suppose)

And I think not, they finished her arc, and when it comes to Lothal, it will be only the Ghost crew's story (and may be they'll add Kallus and Rex). It needs to be finished where it started and with whom it started.

Yeah, they wanted, but who said Mandos will help them? Besides, they already hurt the empire at the start of season 4 and now they need to rally whatever strength they have to protect their home so I doubt we will see any of them (except Sabine's family) in the rebels any more. But who knows?
