At a glance this pic pretty much captures the Ghost crew's personalities to a T, and even you can guess what role they all play in that team. Speaking of which, I'm guessing Allie, at least before focusing on Jedi training, would be like, the "face", or, the team member you go to to arrange for things, procure supplies, meet contacts, all the sorts of things that need more finesse than you'd get from a Jedi, a pilot, a Mandalorian warrior, or a big grumpy Lasat.
