"Attack of the mushroom people" doesn't sound scary, but yet this scene actually looks scary, so you really captured the creepiness of this to where it's legitimately not corny at all. Not everyone could pull that off. In fact, I doubt the actual movie pulled it off. You really bring new life to these classic B movies.

Thanks! This film is actually quite effective. It has a slowly creeping dread that never lets go. And the monster scenes are very effective. Check out YouTube for trailers and reviews on this one.

I just watched the trailer and I'm surprised actually because there's so much more to it than the mushroom people. I had thought you just managed to make a cheesy movie look cool, but it doesn't seem cheesy at all. I think my soulmate would like it since he's into classic monster movies from overseas.

I think he'd love this one, if he hasn't already seen it. It's a very intelligent, atmospheric and perfectly paced film. It has a quality of slowly mounting dread throughout. Not many movies can pull that off.ย
