Our conversation continues and Marcus is chillingly beautiful, indulging in a behavior as old as the dinosaurs.A short video of Marcus and I "talking" can be seen here [link] in my video called "Talking With Wolves". It's pretty cool to watch and actually gave me goosebumps while it was happening....as well as every time I watch it.

God, I love the sound of wolves howling. Although it may scare some people, I find it comforting.

No, actually, I was not able to see the video.
But I went to an Arctic wolf sanctuary, and they all started howling. Other people in the group were kind of uneasy but I loved it.
I didn't start a conversation with them (the owner discouraged it), or I would have.
Also, I live in a place where there are tons of coyotes, and the sound of their howling is also quite soothing.
You were lucky though. It would be interesting to be able to "converse" with wolves

I can't help but want to sing along when I see this.. only thing I enjoy as much as Listening to Wolves is Whale songs and Crickets

Thank you so much...glad you like it. You know, I didn't just call this shot "Talking with Wolves" cause it looks like Marcus was howling....I titled it that because I ACTUALLY was talking to him. I have a short video of our conversation if you'd like to hear it here. [link]

A friend of mine took me by the hand once and said don't be afraid to sing back they'll answer...and we both did.. his low voice mixed with my higher one. And as we did, more and more answers came back. It was one of the most magical things I have ever experienced

Yep, I love wolves, but the last thing I want to see is 6 or 7 of them hungry and surrounding me with fangs bared.
