They are bio-droids made out of hibernated humans or fresh corpses. The muscles are enhanced though the nervous system is very much intact. It's cheaper to make bio-droids than making androids that have similar combat efficiency.

The bio-droids are controlled by self-governing AIs that are noticeably dumber than most humans. Their behaviours are heavily patterned and easy to predict.

Male: Generic front line foot soldiers, nothing special.

Female: Usually built for certain tactics. This variation is equipped with mechanic stilts, which provide faster dashing speed and can be easily discarded for better agility.
Some of the female droids have a "mouth gun", or more like a taser.
