It kinda reminds me of a Corpus Crewman from Warframe. Was one of them inspiration for this?

Rather resembles a real-life "jimsuit" (Google it), in function if not form.

Really nice work, seems a pretty sensible design to me!

You would have to make sure the armor comes with several visual aids because if they get damaged they good as dead in space unless you have some sort of re-navigator guide built in. I suggest it has multiple eyes built in to prevent problems.

There are 1 set of redundant cameras on the frontal panel, though extremely small, like iphone camera small. And in a video game context, this obvious flaw is kinda playful.

I'll remember not to bring a knife to a toaster-fight.

A butter knife will do just fine

Can the wearer see through the front carapace, i.e., is it like a two-way mirror? Or do a constellation of miniature cameras set in the carapace, send images to the wearer?

No, the frontal armour piece is total solid, visual information is directly fed on users eye implants or monitor goggles.
And there are cameras on the two small "ears". XD

The EVA here means Extra-vehicular activity. It's a space suit.
Thanks.

Very real. But I think it is top heavy. For the weapon It reminds me of a laser rifle but in the shape of a musket rifle of the 1800's. Mechanical DESIGN WISE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

It can't be top-heavy, because it's not heavy in any way. It's a space suit, i.e. zero grav.

Not necessarily. But the space suits we have currently are top/back heavy in gravity with their huge backpacks, heavy in general, and very cumbersome. We don't design them as street fashion.

yes you are right, but our suits are not that heavly armored. And if this design is based on the underwater version then that explain a lot.

Thank you very much
The rifle's shooting mechanism is a hybrid of a traditional chemical propulsion system and a linear accelerator. Basically, it's semi-auto .22LR rifle with a railgun upgrade on top of the barrel.

the light is really working well ! One thing i could say is that you could break up the big torso shape into smaller ones, to give more diversity on your piece ! Anyway, that was my 2 cents, keep it up !

Thank you for the reply.
The one-piece torso armour is rather the point of this particular design, however, I do have a two-piece design, which you can find here [link]
