It's a revision of this thing [link]They are bio-droids made out of hibernated humans or fresh corpses. The muscles are enhanced though the nervous system is very much intact. It's cheaper to make bio-droids than making androids that have similar combat efficiency.
The bio-droids are controlled by self-governing AIs that are noticeably dumber than most humans. Their behaviours are heavily patterned and easy to predict.
Male: Generic front line foot soldiers, nothing special.
Female: Usually built for certain tactics. This variation is equipped with mechanic stilts, which provide faster dashing speed and can be easily discarded for better agility.
Some of the female droids have a "mouth gun", or more like a taser.

the stilts on the "female" remind me of the Long Fall Boots Chell uses in Portal 2.

Very unique I like the idea of using corpses I my self think of stuff like this but I can't bring them to life such as this.
Here's an idea since there insides are useless perhaps you can use it to store weapons and other such material. And good work.

Their organs are replaced with power source and compressed oxidant. And if to use the space storing things that need to be taken out constantly, the unit wouldn't be so agile since a good part of muscles need to be removed.

I am quite sure they can run much faster than I do, even on a bicycle. Some one claims you can easily run up to 25 mph. [link]

Not necessarily, I think military suits are aiming for higher performance. Jumping stilts are more like toys.
I put these in this design to add some visual flavors, nothing more. The runner can be faster on the stilts, but when close to enemies, the runner will discard the tilts for better shooting stability.
