It's healing slowly. The hair hasn't grown back yet, but the wound has covered and closed quite nicely.

big open sores or puss pockets, it can easily happen from cat bites or scratches because of the bacteria in cats saliva. blah blah blah...haha in case your interested...

well if they are really bad you may need to bring him in...for antibiotics and to get it cleaned up. otherwise you could try to clean it yourself if its not too bad it could resolve itself too.
