This is why you don't keep women waiting, Tukson. In all fairness, I'm sure Tukson had some kind of important business meeting about his store and it went on for a little too long, hence the vest and tie.
Not that Neo really cares about that at the moment, if the picture is anything to go by.
And who knows? Maybe this is the day they conceived Oreonna, maybe it's just a married couple taking some time off, it's really up to interpretation.
