I know asking never hurts anybody , but if you can find the answer right away ..why should I take my time to answer your question about requests

I get this all the time. At the store I work at we have a sign (like above) that says we don't take credit cards but there is always those idiots that get a ton of stuff and when it comes to pay they don't have debit or cash and we have to cancel the order and put back all of the stuff.

All of the information anyone could need is on our profiles
Why don't they take 5 minuets and actually LOOK AT OUR PROFILES

yes , I still think its weird they cant just look up the answer theirself
esspecially when someone sends me a note or a comment on my profile if I can draw their OC , look a little better on the page you are on right now for the answer :d
thats why I put pointing arrows around my art status , still got people asking for requests on my page thoughΒ

Sometimes I try to think "Well, maybe English isn't their first language?" and I know you know that feeling of having to learn English (which learning it is a pain in the ass) so I try to be merciful and try to be patient and answer despite that.
But, if you can ASK me in English "If requests are open?" or "Can you draw my OC?" you should be able to understand "NO REQUESTS / CLOSED REQUESTS", "NO ART TRADES / CLOSED ART TRADES".
At the very least, "NO" should be universal. <_<

yeah , the whole different language thing makes me go easy on other people to , but thats mostly with questions or something like that
not asking for me to draw their OC . its exactly how you say , if you can ask 'can I have a request' then you can also read 'i dont do requests'

Personally I think every piece of art has something special, and to see that people give their time and talent away for free is a shame (except as a gift of course). but people can do what they want with it of course, its just something i personally think ~
