nope. the female figure in the core of the tree attracts male contenders of other species by a siren cry (animalia family mostly) assimilating them by enfuseing them to its roots and digesting the live corpse*. thus leaveing nothing but the memories of its victums with the morners of the dead, it bears its fruit. which inturn become an organic impure doppleganger of its victim. which inturn attracts oters to its clutches. (its fruit are concidered another species and have a seperate concious from the queen tree.)
*i call them a corpse because they still are living but there mental processing is second to zero so it not matter mutch.
(there are mor details behind its processing but this is the jist of it.)
