Description
Was most fortunate to be asked to write a chapter for the upcoming Digital Painting Techniques Vol. 4 so I painted this as a tutorial piece to demonstrate my approach, painting metals, liquids, calculating reflections and yes, illustrating psychotic pets.Do not build one of these at home... water and electricity together are not your friend.

I just love the shadow with the water bowl in the back it looks so real. and the paw prints on the a hilarious!!!
