I'm sure there is insanity to be found in painting so many scales - every time I paint a crocodile I promise myself to NEVER do it again... but I guess I'm called 'loopy' for a reason.Pencil sketch on paper, painted in photoshop.

Me and Suzie had so much fun
Holding hands and skimming stones
Had an old gold Chevy and a place of my own
But the biggest kick I ever got
was doing a thing called the Crocodile Rock

I truly admire your work. And especially your patience to paint all those scales! Inspirational, indeed! Ok, that's enough with the exclamation points. I taught myself how to paint digitally by trying to mimic how I painted the analogue way... and all the rules of colour, composition are still the same. You just don't have to worry that you might mix up your brush jar with your drinking water or forgetting to ventilate when using the terps. Not sure that actually counts as advice, but I REALLY don't recommend drinking your brush water.

I've nearly been eaten by one xD i was swimming in a river and saw one of the beasties coming! And I got the hell outta there haha
But still love crocs they awesome looking creatures
