Starting my own 'How fast is your spaceship?' week of scifi nerdiness. Today, Star Wars...What can I say, I love my scifi!
Pencil, ink on paper, Paint in photoshop.
EDIT: Fixed the spelling of 'Millennium' (d'oh!) and added the parsec disclaimer. If only George Lucas had put one in in his movie

I figure that .5 past lightspeed is in regular space, not 'hyper' space. Which is still pissing all over the theory of reletivity but hey
And the parsec comment? The hyperspace drive must work by pulling the bit of space yu want to go to, and the bit of space you are in, together. Wormholes being the favored medium nowadays. So the Falcons' motors somehow reduced the distanc between Kessel and wherever the Falcon was to 12 parsecs, then flew towards it at 1.5 times the speed of light. Maths will be needed to work this out any further. (About 1.73 years travel time?)
