New issue of Agent X9 "Warlords of phoenix" Modesty story and the second cover I did for the magazine (first one here [link] ) Its just hitting the streets in Sweden so I have permission to post it.Big Modesty Blaise fan, so it was really great to get another go at a cover - a few more of them and I might start getting a real handle on the character

It's all good. Vampire Savior/Darkstalker's following is miniscule in comparison to others'. It's a niche game in an even more niche genre. You might say one of the characters within the game --Morrigan Aensland-- is more mainstream/popular than the game itself. So fret not; you get to keep your head. Haha.

Jeebus! This is amazingly good; I've been a Modesty Blaise fan for decades, and when I saw the thumbnail for this I thought "That looks like Modesty" without knowing that anybody was publishing her again!

I am so pleased that you actually made her look like herself ^^ Bravo! Big fan here as well, and a cover with an unrecognisable Modesty is pretty muchtheworst imaginable. Perhaps only beaten by a whole story with her being unrecignisable ...
