Thought I'd draw Charm again, because she's cute and deserves to be drawn more. ^-^ So here she is, using her powers. They're a lot like her mother's powers, though the effect they have on a person/object is completely random. Tweaked one tiny detail on her uniform but it's barely noticable. And I made her face more round so she looks a bit more like Jinx.Yep, I'm happy with this.
