I finally got around to designing Evangeline, daughter of my Teen Titans OCs Tom and Seraph!I kept close to Seraph's colour scheme, with a pale blue as a nod to her father's dark blue. She has her mother's long hair, in her father's colour, and hers is more curly. Her eyes are a mix of both parents. ^-^
