Past/Bio: Soon after the death of her Grandmother, Imogen Wells and her mother set about clearing out the old lady's attic. She was given permission to choose one thing as a keepsake. Tucked away in a small, plain box, Imogen found and fell in love with a golden necklace and chose to take it home with her.

Admiring her new piece of jewellery the following day, she discovered the words 'Amulet of Sol' engraved around the edge. Thinking little of it, she tried the amulet on for the first time. There was an immediate and blinding flash of light and when she was able to see again, she found the light to be coming from her own body. Scared, she tore the amulet from her neck and hid it away.

For the next few weeks she found herself wondering what had happened. Although still frightened, she had always been a curious girl and so she soon found herself trying the amulet on again. Just as before, a brilliant light radiated from her body. This time, however, she felt the warmth both inside and around herself and found that she liked it. From then on, each time she wore the amulet, she instinctively began using her powers to help others. She was soon discovered by the new Teen Titans and offered a place on the team. She happily accepted.

After much research, Imogen discovered the Amulet of Sol was rumoured to belong to the ancient Roman Sun God, Sol himself. It is unknown how her Grandmother came to own the amulet, or if she even knew of its power. But Imogen is determined to discover the truth.
