Seraph's design and backstory just came to me a few days ago and so here she is!

Past/Bio: Seraph was born and raised on a small planet called Oclore, located in the Vega Star System. She lived a happy, ordinary life though she often craved adventure. Always eager to learn new things, she never missed the annual trips taken by her people to learn of other cultures. During one such trip to one of the many neighbouring planets, Seraph accidentally entered the wrong co-ordinates into her ship. Unaccustomed to Earth's atmosphere, she lost control of her ship and crashed on the outskirts of Jump City. Alerted to this, the Titans investigated. They found Seraph dazed but uninjured. Her ship, however, required major repairs. Taking pity on the confused Oclorion, the Titans offered her a place to stay and Cyborg eagerly agreed to help fix her ship.
When the repairs had finally finished almost a month later, Seraph found herself reluctant to leave her new friends. She had grown to love the City and was intrigued by Earth's customs, and the different origins of the Titans. They too had grown fond of the young Oclorion and after much deliberation, they decided to offer her a place on their team and a permanent home within the Tower. Seraph eagerly accepted and now fights alongside her friends as a Titan.

Powers: Born with wings, Seraph has always had the ability to fly. She, like the rest of her people, can shoot light energy from her palms which will daze her opponents and leave them momentarily disorientated.

I love the bio on her! It indeed works that she'd make a great team member for the Teen Titans. Often craving adventure and learning new things, I love that personality trait! I'm glad she became part of the Teen Titans. Very smart story behind it.

If I'm honest, I haven't actually thought about any of that, so any suggestions would be great.

How about this, why not this old song "Angel" by Madonna or "Angels" by Robbie Williams as a theme song.
And for a catchphrase or quote, how about "Away, away!" Or "Flyaway!"
And for a voice actress, you got a choice between Hynden Walsh (Starfire) or Jennifer Darling. You don't have to use my suggestion. If you think these suggestions are off. Tell me so and tell me which voice actress would you choose and which theme song.

I really like your suggestions, but I've been thinking about it, and I like the idea of Fly On The Wings Of Love by XTM as a theme song for Seraph. And Seychelle Gabriel (Princess Yue from ATLA and Asami from TLOK) would be a lovely voice actress for her too. ^-^
I like "Flyaway!" as a catchphrase, it's cute!
