Pan moved her paws to juggle the apples in a way that would likely end in a splattered mess-"Let's not overexert ourselves." Twilight reminded Pandora gently, chuckling. Despite herself, she couldn't quite suppress her smile, radiating with maternal pride. "...You've impressed me today, Panny. I know you'll make your father and I very proud someday." She enveloped her daughter in her wing, and Pan snuggled close, always eager for her mother's approval.
Moondancer scowled to himself, and focused on properly levitating his apple.

Moondancer, Trixie's son, is proficient in the magical arts, despite his young age. For this reason, Twilight Sparkle picks him out to take and train on a personal apprentice, along with her daughter Pandora. Pan and Moony start out as friends, but Moondancer can't help but feel jealous increasingly often. He is a direct descendant of Starswirl, after all. It should be him impressing Princess Twilight with magic...

Ohhhh. There wasn't a comma after "Daughter" so it read as "That's Twilight's Daughter Moondancer." Not "That's Twilight's Daughter, Moondancer." The comma separates it making it easier to understand in context. I thought you thought that Moondancer was Twilight's daughter. My bad.

So I hope I'm not being terribly crude, I'm sure I haven't seen everything about him, but from the many pictures and stories I have read of your Moondancer, he seems like an insufferable git. I promise this negativity has a point, but from what I've seen this is my understanding of his character. He's totally obsessed with insisting he's the best despite refusing to train his natural talents and pursuing things he isn't the best at, he purposefully insults and hurts the few who actually try to care for him in spite of his behavior, he's selfish and cruel to others and by all accounts he seems to get exclusively worse as he gets older, potentially even Sombra level magic. Is he actually not a total asshole, deep down, or is he every bit a dick as he seems to be? As I said, I'm sure I haven't seen everything, but I've yet to see him do anything kind or not selfish, and every other questionable character does have moments of good behavior. Thanks!Β
