I decided to make a map of the tribes vilage. this will hopefully give you a good idea what it is like.the shaded thing that shows up and dicapears is where the underground rooms are.
the green shades give you an idea of the elevation of the ground. dark green is low elevation, and light green is high elevation.
I hope this makes since to all of you.
also so that you know, the temple was made before any of the curent tribe was born.

I'm going to asume by the layout of the underground resident rooms that only members of the village of importance like Sonic and his Siblings, or Amy the Shaman have there own house, and that most residence of the village sleep together in one of the many large underground rooms.

How long did it take for you to design the whole fanfiction series, especially with the actual tribal map, the whole idea of a Tribal Mobius created by you seems all very well planned, thought out, detailed, and must've took a long time to create the whole thing.

Well... It took me maybe 3.523 seconds of thinking and then I ran with it. I don't do much planing with most things actualy.
Remember I have 7 books im working on and all other kinds of stuff going on. so not much time to think about things.

Interesting. I have a lot to say and lots of questions. But for now I'll limit myself to these two quick ones.
Since they don't appear to have a storage for food, that means they haven't learned how to preserve it.
Do Sonia and Manic share the same room then?
From these numbers I can guess the Knotehole Tribe's numbers are around 20, or do families share the same residence? (with the exception of Sonic and his triplet siblings who'd have two separate dwellings).
Finally the big question:... where do everyone go the bathroom and where does it go? Would be a long line at the gate to do it in the jungle.
I'll ask, wonder, comment, and theorize more once you've answered or responded to the above.

Err. Ever heard of technology dissonance?
So they're not a nomad tribe. And the place is built for defense or unwanted beasts rather than being hidden.
the JOKE is that they have the palace/temple right next to the tribal wall, AND the master emerald is also right next to the tribal wall.
"Can we move the Master Emerald somewhere ya know... safer?"
Then comes the mini-scandal at trying to break such a long standing and sacred and dearly held tradition.
Does water flow in or out of the temple/palace?
That being said, this is a very thought out map and clearly with a good deal of effort put into it. The window dressing, the key, the side view, and fading chambers are all rather quite good.
I honestly wonder if Dulcy would be a part of the knotehole tribe or weather dragons even exist or live even remotely close to the Great Jungle, after all, it takes quite bit to feed a dragon and are considerably larger than the average mobian (or human).
I wonder if they clear the area around the tribal village regularly to keep from giving unwanted guests cover.

The water flows from the temple. actualy in fact its the Master Emeralds power that makes under ground water flow upward and clean. so there pluming works with the emerald, I will tell that stuff latter.

I know it's mostly just an artistic oversight on your part, but that makes me think how the ME isn't visible from the side view.

Did they stumble on ME? Or did it call to them? Where the walls there before the palace was or did they add those themselves?

Do they know it's giving them their working water table? Or do they guard the ME just because it's all glowie? Was it in place when they found (were led to?) the ME or did the ME begin to do so in gratitude in them keeping it out of harm's way?
Yeah yeah I should just sit back and enjoy the show, but overthinking the setting and situation is how I ENJOY it!

If you think about it, what saffer place is there in a jungle than a high spot hidden by trees, and men with spears guarding it?
