Umm This may seem a little strange but where do I extract these brushes too? If you would be so kind as to tell me. Is it in the Photoshop file or? Oh and how do I get to use them in Photoshop, do I load them or? Sorry if I seem a little on the igronant side.

Extract the .abr file into Photoshop directory/Presets/Brushes and then load in the programme by choosing the brush tool, going where we choose a brush, and selecting Load Brushes
