um is there anyway you could make this brush to be able to be used in gimp as well?

I included images in the archive so I guess there is a way to turn them into brushes in gimp. Open each .jpg file and find a button to make brush out of it. In PS it`s Edit=>Define Brushes. How to do it in gimp I really don`t know since I have never used it.
Then of course save it all as a set.
Hope it sounds clear

It`s simple. I just pack all the stuff (images, .abr file and the preview) into archive (.rar) using Winrar. Then I go to my DA profile, select Submit Art, add the preview and the .rar file, choose the .rar archive as a file (available to download) and the .jgp as a preview. After that of course, I give it a title, type some keywords (e.g. brushes matrix), and select category (you`ll have to choose: Resources & Stock Images, Application Resources, GIMP Brushes).
As for my artist`s comments I`m a little bit lazy about it and I use the same scheme you can see in almost all my works ^^

the .abr file doesn`t but you have images in .rar file so just define each of them in your CS2 and make an .abr file compatible with your version
