Because I seriously doubt that most female Spartans that get augmented have huge butts, and the augmentation definitely doesn't increase the size of their butts.

Well I'd have to respectfully disagree. Their butts aren't that big. Just enough meat to be believable. It's not like they have a Nicki Minaj butts, that would just be crazy. IfΒ you want to get technical about the augmentation effects on the female body, that can be debated. Unless there is some Halo canon I don't know about that discredits this, but according to Reach, round butts were at least common among Spartan IIIs. That's why Halo 5 should make your Spartan more customize-able, so you can give your Spartan the desired body type, rather it be more like Reach's or 4's.
