I'm gonna be honest with you. Half of these don't make any sense. Most of these modern borders (especially in Europe) specifically formed due to conflicts between Muslims and Europeans (Spain, France, Germany, the entirety of the Balkans, the Middle East, Africa, etc. etc.)
