Behold my Integra costume. I'll start off by saying that Hellsing was the first anime I really got into. I'd seen a couple that I thought were ok, but after seeing a few episodes of the old Hellsing series I fell in love. Alucard was also my first anime cosplay and done at AB 2006. This is totally the next step.
Yeah if the wig looks a little disheveled blame that on three hours at the masquerade without a brush. Long wigs are a massive bitch. I am also aware the cigar is too big. The cigar I'm using here was made from a paper towel tube and hot glue and was made when I played Balalaika from Black Lagoon. I don't smoke and I really dislike handling any real smoking implements. I was going to make a smaller one for Integra, but I ran out of time and had to use the closest thing available. I'm going to make a new one before doing this costume again.
The sword is my creation and will probably be a separate deviation very soon.

Hmmmm, I might really need to have a look at that anime. It has been recommended to me by some friends already, but somehow I never got around to watch it.
Your costume, however, looks fabulous, even though I know literally nothing about it. XD

It's really good; there are a lot of really cool characters and it's really violent and over the top in places with a lot of humor. I really recommend it.

oh...my...god! This is probably (imo) your best cosplay I've seen from you!!! I'm not a huge fan of the character or anything but you play her so damned well!
It's very cool to see how much you've improved with your cosplays, too. Assey's not into cosplay at all , but even he was impressed with this one.
