*Continuing on from where we left off*

??: “Well I think you look pretty cute…”

Y/N: Wait who was tha…

*You turn around and before you stands exactly who you hoped it to be*

Y/N: "A... Asuna"

Asuna: "Hiya" * She smiles* "Have we met? I feel as though I know you from somewhere?"

Y/N: Wait what... she doesn't remember me at all, I guess I'm easy to forget. Wait no, That stupid mirror!

Y/N: "U... Uh, we met not long ago, My avatar was a big, hulky, athletic looking guy. I was chasing you"

Y/N: Wait that sounds creepy, quick think of something else.

Y/N: I mean...

*Asuna suddenly cuts you off*

Asuna: "Ohhhhh, now I remember you! Your avatar was really different to what you really look like.."

*You rub the back of your head sheepishly*

Y/N: Uh, yeah well sorry to disappoint you..."

Asuna: "Disappoint me? I think you look cuter now than what you did before" *She smiles again* "Now come with me, we need to get you some better gear if you're going to survive this thing."

Y/N: "Y... you think I look cu..."

*Before you can even finish your sentence Asuna grabs you by the hand and begins to run towards the flower-filled fields of which you met*

Asuna: "Come on! I know some great spots to find loot and gain some XP!"

*Despite all the chaos around you, you finally find peace in this time of turmoil. As Asuna grabbed your hand you finally felt a feeling that you haven't felt in a long time, Happiness...*

Y/N: This girl... she's amazing, Here I am trapped in a virtual world that could possibly kill me, yet I'm the happiest I've ever been and it's all thanks to her...

*Fast forward 1 month*

*The sound of weapons clanging together can be heard everywhere, Everyone is starting to farm XP and loot from the lower level enemies of the game. Asuna and yourself have been levelling together for the past month all of a sudden your weapons have become too low levelled to be able to fight any more of the stronger enemies. You and Asuna enter a small armour store to look for some better gear, casually strolling through the store you are stopped by the shop-keep.*

Shop keep: "Are you looking for anything in particular, young man?"

*You look to see a middle-aged man approaching you at a steady pace*

Y/N: "I'm just looking for some better gear for my friend and I."

*Shop keep raises both his arms in the air simultaneously*

Shop keep: "Well you've come to the right place, I have the finest weaponry in all of Aincrad. Are there any weapons in particular that you are quite fond of?"

Y/N: "Well my friend here really likes rapiers, and I myself are a big fan of long swords."

Shop keep: "Ah, I see... Well I cant really help your friend out with a rapier, Cause I just sold my last one but what I can do is upgrade it to match her current level. "

Y/N: "How does that sound Asuna?"

*Asuna smiles and nods in agreement*

Shop keep: Well awesome, and for you young man I have something real special, Fresh out of the smelter yesterday, I call it Godsbane. This thing is one hell of a weapon, why don't you give it a few swings."

*You unsheathe godsbane and give it a few swings, not being aware of your surroundings you manage to break one of the tables next to where you're standing.*

Y/N: "Oh shit! I'm so sorry, Ill pay for the damages I didn't mean too hit it."

Shop keep: "Nah don't sweat it kid, I got a spare out back. You're not the first to do that."

Y/N: "Oh.. okay, thank you sir. How much for the sword and upgrade?"

Shop keep: "Hey, you know what? I like you kids, so i'll only charge 10 gold a piece, Give me an hour then come back and pick them up"

Asuna: "You're so generous, Thank you sir."

Y/N: "Thanks so much!"

*You and Asuna leave the shop and head for the town square to kill time."

Y/N: "Asuna, look over there. Looks to be some type of gathering, let's check it out."

*Asuna smiles and nods*

*You and Asuna approach what looks to be an amphitheatre made entirely out of stone, A blue haired knight who goes by the name Diabel is announcing that he and his party has to discovered the boss room on the first floor. He asks everyone to party up in groups of 6, and all of a sudden you are approached by the slim dark haired boy that you saw the first day you got inside Aincrad.*

???: "You guys get left out too?"

Asuna: "Everybody looks to be partied up with their friends so we didn't bother."

Kirito: "Well I'm Kirito, Nice to meet the both of you, Mind if I join your party for the boss fight?"

Asuna: " Sure, Diabel did say we can't beat it alone, So more the merrier I guess."

*Asuna sends Kirito the party invite, He joins the party*

Kirito: " Well I meet you guys at the boss room"

Y/N and Asuna in Sync " See you soon."

* You and Asuna turn around to retrieve your weapons from the armour shop. As you get to the door you hear a notification ting, Its not you but as you look over Asuna's shoulder you see a message from Kirito "Don't tell your boyfriend, but I think you're pretty cute, Boss fight starts in less than an hour" She tries her best to hide the message from you.

Y/N: "What was that?"

Asuna: "Oh nothing, just Kirito saying we need to be at the boss room in less than an hour so let's be quick."

*You start to feel uneasy as you know that Asuna straight out lied to your face about the message, You try your best to ignore it. You receive your weapons from the shop keep and begin to make your way to the boss room. You arrive at the boss room, You and Asuna didnt speak a single word to each other the entire way and your beginning to feel worried as you see the dark shine of Kiritos hair moving closer to the both of you.*

Kirito:"You guys ready for this?"

*Asuna begins to blush, she smiles and nods engagingly.*

Kirito: "How about you Y/N?"

*You say nothing and just lower your head so that you're looking down at your feet ignoring the question, All of a sudden Diabel begins to make a speech*

Diabel: "You are about to embark upon a great crusade, On which we have had very little preparation for but I believe with the knowledge we have gained we can defeat this boss. I'm not saying it'll be easy but we'll give it our best and prove that this game can be beaten."

*Everyone begins to walk into the boss room where Illfang the Kobold Lord lies in slumber.*
