If it was, it most likely deserved what was coming to it. Probably the ringleader of some underground alien drug-running that targets the youth culture of said aliens society.
And, ha, I'm not sure if anyone could achieve more squiggly lines than Dr. Katz. That Doc is a pioneer of both therapy and excessive line movement. And in regards to manzelle, i think he might be joining the foray, but my first priorities go the ol Kind-Eyed Father.
