Description
HeyThis is a dry point (Kaltnadelradierung). In school we got a piece of thick foil and a tool to scratch lines into it. In the next step paint is pasted onto the foil, rubbed into the furrows and then the spare paint is removed (more or less). Finally the foil is put on thick, wet paper and put through a drum. The outcome is a print. ^^
This is my second print as the first one got much too light, we had not very much time for sratching and printing and our teacher told us not to expect anything too good for the first tries.
By the way, the picture actually is traced.
However; big thanks to woxys for this wonderful reference: Moving? Bad at mating? Uaaaa
I have wanted to use this wonderful photo for a quite long time now, finally it happened. xD
*coughs* Forgot to add my sign afterwards. *coughs*
