Not much to say here about Woolthy. It obviously revolves around the concept of the nursing Pokémon, just like Chansey, Audino, etc.
Woolthy heal woundend Pokémon in Pokémon Centers, while another Pokémon (yet to be revealed) does it on the field, as a first aid. Woolthy are not strong fighters, but they're very useful for strategies.

I really like it! I hope the hat is just something it's wearing though / it seems a bit too literal to be a part of the Fakemon itself!

No, it's not attached to its head. I was unsure until the end wether I should have drawn the hat or not. It's not part of the fakemon of course, but it's part of the concept, since they are likely to be found in Pokémon Centers and in the state of captivity. They're higly domesticated. But if I will ever find myself drawing a wild Woolthy, it'd be without hat.

This is a great idea, I'm surprised that there hasn't been any other sheep nurse fakemon. Also, it fits well with the other pink nurse pokemon but clear stands out as its own concept.
