No, the mist was already there, but he added a special toutch...you can see teh difference...look at the Emarald river IV and compare it...

Aw it was a lovely shot without me touching it
I have hundreds of shots to edit from Wales, gonna try some new stuff on them and see how they turn out, got up at 6am on my day off this morning, hoping to do them all today. Rode to my friends bike shop, stayed there for way too long, sold one of my bikes to him, so went home, took the bike to him, went home and by that time it was 6pm and now I can't be bothered
