'back again… at this familiar gate, this familiar mirror. if i’d known exiting chaos and entering bliss would be so troublesome, i’d have contented myself with the truth of the journey rather than the fiction of its destination. because, just when i think i’m about to exit the cycle, the best worst enemy this friend could ever have returns to guard its threshold. thus, the dance begins again.'
