"I believe whatever doesn't kill you, simply makes you...stranger." ~ The Jokerone that's been sitting in my to-do pile for a while now, the epic joker.
i needed something dark to vent with today and this one seemed perfect after the day i've had. -_-
anyways, i was actually surprised how quick i finished this one, i never usually finish things in a day.
/huzzah.done in polychromo's with a little gel pen and an indentation tool for all the skin lines and wrinkles, on a4 black paper. (;

Joker is my favorite character from batman anyway~ sometimes it's not always the hero who get the glorious spotlight! But this is seriously beautiful; I can see the traces of pencil shades here and there~

drawings on black paper are my weakness. especially when you've detailed the joker perfectly through tone and the colours and yes. as I said on the iron man drawing, the darkness helps the overall image of the joker himself. dark and somewhat mysterious. another piece I absolutely love c:

WOW! This one [as are the other really] but they're so realistic! I love the sort of creepy vibe the drawing gives; kind of what I would imagine if he were standing here in person. The quote you used beneath is brilliant and matches the expression very well! Again, you're are amazingly talented!
