Oh, the times I've seen these kind of comments! Mind you, I don't want to offend anybody, but this is based on a quirk I always stumble on youtube.Long story short, if I find a video that's in italian you can bet you can find at least one comment that complains about the video not being in english even if it's written in the title! Some even go as far as mistake the language spoken for spanish! Now, while some are really mistaking the language and tell they're sorry when explained, some are clearly just trolling, the best part is when nobody bothers to talk to them. I also even remember hearing that someone actually reported a video for not being in english! I can't help but wonder the reaction of the mod when he got that ticket...
Well, I've had this comic in my mind for a while already but I've took it slow for making it. I'm becoming lazy...

I believe there was this Coca Cola commercial that got people really mad because it's not sung in English. Oh, the egocentrical behavior just baffles me.
Also, there are states in America that have a law that could get someone in trouble with the police if they say they speak English. You don't speak English in America, you speak AMERICAN. *double facepalm combo*

Oh, yeah! I saw that one... some Americans really scare me at times after I read all those hate-filled comments. But these comments happened way before that commercial, probably since even non-english speaking videos started to appearn on youtube.
....Way to go... Wasn't America supposed to be the country of freedom? Dang! It's still English but with another Accent!

I have a lot of American friends and they do not have this arrogance, but it's painful to see those who do.
In school, I was taught that there is British English and American English. While it's the same language, there are some significant differences, mostly in how they name certain things. A machine that takes you up and down is a lift in British English but an elevator in American English. The head of a school is a headmaster in British and a principal in American. That sort of thing.

Ironically enough, in school they taught us a mix of British and American English, so "You won't have any problem if you'll ever go in there". I guess they meant to avoid any troubles in America.
