I have a few questions.
1. Who's the mother?
2. Is Negroni another generic ''OC that is suddenly more powerful than everyone else besides Goku''?
3. What is his name based of? Everyone in Dragon Ball has names based off something, like a pun. Beerus is named after beer, Champa after champagne, Vados after Calvados, Whis after Whiskey etc. Is Negroni some type of alcohol?
