First off, This is an excellent sketch. It depicts the arrogance and almighty attitude of Garuda while also showing the heroes resolve to take her down a few notches. I love it!

Garuda Hard Mode is where things started going downhill for me in FFXIV ARR. I beat her with a relatively competent party in my third or fourth attempt, but I kept going back for more to see if I could could grab her weapon. I was fortunate to have Ifrit drop his the very first time I beat him lol
But my experience with certain members of the "elitist" community really soured the MMO experience for me. Every little mistake was the end of the world, nothing but endless bitching and screaming by the kids who know every single nuance of how MMOs work. Mind you, this was during the Beta 3, 4 and Early Access period when the servers were saturated with players... Times were rough then haha
I recently picked this game back up and fell in love with it all over again I almost forgot how much fun the game is when you're not trying to grind difficult bosses for rare drops while also battling over who is tanking the boss and who is kiting the adds. -_- Love this game, but I still dislike MMOs... oh well.
