I often switch between doing work on smooth panels versus textured surfaces. It has been some time since I touched a textured surface, so it was a nice change to get my hands dirty with one again. 24" x 24".Related content

It looks like pieces of hair got stuck in the paint and you just went with it. It's a really nice technique, really good, interesting painting.

very cool, i love working on canvas that already has a lot of texture. really works out if i'm painting over an existing piece. this is great!
