Description
24x36 acrylic on canvas. I drew upon some techniques used in my older painting "Lookup Table" [link] using controlled runs of paint to form outlines of composition, then using transparent white paint to refine the forms generated. Here, though, I tried to generate more variety by modeling volume and varying the brightness levels of the shapes.

I also reverted back to a technique I used in much older paintings, pulling out the tubes of cad red, orange, and yellow blended with black to form the high intensity focal point.
