Description 20x16 acrylic inks on board. I continue to ease into 2009 with a series of smaller paintings. I still have 4 large panels, 48x36, sitting in the studio waiting for me to build up the momentum to tackle this larger size. I just ordered more 36x24 panels, and plan to work up in size during the spring/summer time frame. Stay tuned!

i think it is the lighting in your paintings that i love so much. its almost as if i keep looking i will eventually see this shining light capturing something magical...maybe its a creature...or heaven...

I am concious of the contrast of lights and dark when I create a painting. I try and create a focal point where there is a maximum area of contrast that serves as a center of interest.
