Made with ApophysisThe path is exciting, blissful. It lead me to a gate I haven't realized was there. I had to go through, I had to realize it inevitably leads to forever. Because that's what's been slowly growing inside of me, a craving of that vision of future. I was 13 perhaps when the craving died, when I realized it's never going to happen and since then I never allowed myself to want anything that seemed out of my reach, that seemed impossible to achieve. The slow resurrection causes all kinds of pain, questions, cautious declarations.Β
The gate is a part of something so much bigger, something I have to build over time and maintain, I think. It's a temple of sorts. I want to live there, with you.

Okie dokie! Hereβs your critique! I think that the color matching is very beautiful, and the complementary colors really stand out against the black background- but maybe make each βpillarβ go up a little farther to the top of the picture so there isnβt as much empty space at the top.Β

I find myself among the vaulted halls of a temple of both blessed Dark and dazzling glimmers of starlight. Much like in a Rorschach test, my eyes are guided to projections of my inner self: serpentine and feline skin designs seem to adorn the architecture; I discern at least an opening guarded by a sinuous biomechanical being, the only one that beckons to me; though I could proceed throughout the gargantuan structure otherwise unimpeded. Beauty here is entwined with hallucination, but in no way lessened by it.
