I've been rather neglectful of DA as of late. Sorry.
But anyway. Here's the progress of my next painting for my Painting I class, which marks the first time I've ever painted a person. I... I kinda hate it. >w>
If the colors look weird, it's because I'm going off a photo (we only had one session with the model; after that we switched to online-only classes), and my reference photo really made the light source, uh, blinding.
But it is turning out alright overall. Could be worse.
Materials Used: 16"x12" canvas, various oil paints
