Page 1I'm so excited to draw more of this
I hope this looks fine, I was more focused on what's happening than making the lines steady and stuff like that.
Anyway, this is a little project of mine which I'll definitely be continuing.
I also got a lot of helpful ideas and advice from and I'm really thankful for that ;w;
I'm gonna go relax now, my hands are still shaking
Wow....only now did I notice the sekeleton typo....fml I'll fix that later ><

You see how it's just a page with nothing but the image? That's the image in it's full size.
You right click on it, in the options select "Save image as", then you select the folder you want to have the image in,
and finally select "Save" and the image is downloaded. That's how I do it, at least.
I hope the terms are correct, as my computer works in spanish

Ah, well first off, I just googled "static" and found a picture I liked.
Next I made sure that my drawing was all on one layer.
I put the static beneath my drawing
Now I just used the select tool to make rectangles and while it's still selected I used the move tool to slightly shift that rectangle.
Since the static is beneath my drawing it looks like the screen is breaking and static is showing beneath.

Not sure if you've read the other parts I already posted, it might make things a bit more clear. If you already did, well...the simplest way I can explain it is that a glitch happened that FORCED a reset. How will Frisk deal with this...well, you'll find out eventually :3

I'm still not sure whether I should continue doing in color or try black and white. Seems black and white would be faster, idk if it would have the same impact though.

Your welcome! ^^ And do whatever you want since it is your comic...... but seeing as it's supposed to be a Glitchtale I would say colours but you can always try at least one pannel in colour and then take the same pannel and make it black n white to see wich one would be better :\
