Well, in the next few pages you'll see Frisk admitting that they reset. What Gaster is reffering to is the fight against Omega Flowey and later Asriel cause people usually don't beat them in their first try :,D

Well, it made me recall all of the beautiful moments in the pacifist route and I just couldn't help but 'Awww' at all of them :3 and it just made me so happy. But then how it almost makes sans panic yet relieved to see that frisk went through the pacifist route just made it more lovely :3

Feels attack, God, I really feel sad for Sans and the sheer level of paranoia he lives in, after all he has Flowey as THE example of 'help them then kill them all' so in a way Sans is slowly turning to someone as deranges as Flowey, but h is unable to do anything about it due to how lonely and helpless he is.
