My drawing for Illustration Friday -27th XI '09- , the topic is 'Music'. I'm not sure what's going on here, I have a vague sort of idea that she's a Miss Havisham type character, sitting around in evening dress, with noone to listen to her playing but the cats. It's quite sad

I think this is every womens nightmare. Being left alone when they're older with only cats! haha. Well i absolutely love this picture. Love all the little details and line work. What I love the most is how you can see every individual line made in the piano and in the girls hair. and the crosshatching

your very welcome! I can imagine. I did a drawing once and my art prof told us we had to use cross hatching for different values and it took for everrrrrrr. And yours looks very nice and clean to so I can imagine you took your time! It def paid off cuz it looks great.
