Description Very old, weird and definitely magical
Okay... I've been so tired of all the realistic, safe pictures of animals and I've just had to paint something non-realistic and funny And this was fun, that's for sure - I finally tried a new paper, Arches hot-press - it doesn't have such a smooth feeling I like on my illustration boards, but it much better allows wet in wet technique.

Nice composition. I agree about the paper you used in this. I've had similar experience with it, as well. Keep on pushing your boundries where your topic is concerned. You never know where the imagination will take you.

yeah, unfortunately training takes time

me too. i remember my highschool art teacher told me watercolors were the trickiest, and i told myself i had to master them.. to like prove to myself i was talented or somthing
