A request from , which was proposed after he formed a bond with me and I revealed to him certain areas in which we were on the same page.

This is Isabelle, Loona, Sandy Cheeks, Fay Spaniel and Coco Bandicoot all having to pee, but are held up in line because the bathroom is occupied.

This isn't marked Mature because literally all this image depicts is a bunch of females trying to hold it in, and I've seen characters of both genders struggling to hold it in when they have to answer nature's call in a LOT of children's media. This is about as lewd as a drawing of a cartoon skeleton (I'm not too good at coming up with analogies).

Personally, I'm not that interested in the omorashi part of this thing. I'm more into when the escalation of the urgency pressures the woman into relieving themselves through unorthodox means (i.e. behind foliage or in whatever empty container they're fortunate enough to spot at that time).
