Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael go to town on the Purple Dragons with help from their separated sister, who answers to Kamekun at the moment, but the punks retreat and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles see that April O'Neil fainted at the sight of the brawl.

Fun Fact: I have Donatello and Leonardo fighting Bebop and Rocksteady respectively as a nod to the fact that the 1987 cartoon had Barry Gordon play Bebop and Donatello and Cam Clarke play Leonardo and Rocksteady.

Rocksteady reports his failure to the Shredder, who especially gets infuriated that the mutagen did not kill Hamato Yoshi, but instead turned him into a rat mutant. In a fit of rage, Oroku Saki tosses a canister of mutagen into the kitchen, where it hits Antonio. Because the chef was cooking pizza during the accident, he mutates into Pizza Face.

After witnessing the accident and getting a full grasp on how Hamato Yoshi became Splinter and the Ninja Turtles came to be, the Shredder begins hatching a devious plan.

April O'Neil has just finished getting acquainted with the Turtles and has learned their backstory. If you missed the previous pages and don't feel bothered to look back at them, I'll tell you that my version of the Turtles' backstory is basically the origin given in the 1987 cartoon with elements from the Archie origin (Hamato Yoshi being banished from the Foot Clan for committing an actual murder and the Turtles still being infants after they mutated and grew to become teenagers), the Film origin (Shredder and Splinter having a duel resulting in the former having a scarred face and the latter losing an ear), the Mirage origin (Splinter's master being killed by the Shredder and the aforementioned baby turtles growing to become teenagers), and The Next Mutation (spoiler alert: Kamekun becomes Venus de Milo. Unlike the Next Mutation, my version of the Turtles are indeed blood siblings and Venus isn't a love interest to the other Turtles).

Kamekun chooses to remain elusive, for she feels that her older brothers might not be ready to know that they have a sister.
