Princess Cadence is horrified to find the Crystal Empire under attack by Queen Chrysalis and the Decepticons. Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash appear before Cadence alongside Bumblebee and assure her that the Mane Six and the Autobots are here to lend a hand.
Cadence then states that they must evacuate the Crystal Empire's inhabitants, stop the bad guys, and ensure that no harm befalls her and Shining Armor's baby daughter Flurry Heart.
Optimus Prime assures Cadence that her people will be safe and we cut to Wheelie leading some ponies to safety. One of the ponies finds Wheelie's tendency to speak in rhyme weird, but is grateful that the young Autobot cares to escort the ponies even if his own life is put at risk.
We then see Mykan the Merciless, a pathetic human wizard who begged Megatron and Queen Chrysalis to let him join in on their evil schemes (and also a deliberate dig at the author of the infamous My Little Unicorn fan fics), threatening to destroy Flurry Heart. Shining Armor does what any responsible and caring father would do and does his best to defend his helpless daughter, who is giggling because she's innocently unaware of the chaos she's involved with.
Mykan the Merciless then gets shocked for life when Twilight Sparkle appears before him and threatens to seriously hurt him if he so much as harms a single hair on her niece.

I swear the Crystal Empire scene will end soon enough, but I'm not sure how long this comic will be, so it might take a while before the plot actually goes somewhere. This might actually end up my longest comic ever. Might.

I've already got something planned for Chrysalis and Flurry Heart, but I'm worried that Chrysalis will come off as a wimp if I don't execute the scene properly.

I'd find it pretty hard to redeem her, since she impersonated somepony to feed off somepony else's love and was intent on razing Equestria.

In youtube video called Fluffle Puff Tale, Chrysalis decided to be good and never trying to rule Equestria, instead she decided to be reformed and meet a very pink and fluffy named Fluffle Puff! And she loves Chrysalis so much! And she promised her she will protect her and nopony will harm her, And so she make up with Cadence and Shining Armor and other ponies so they became...veeeery close friends,

Fluffle Puff is very carefree, and is usually used in visual gags involving her fur. She appears to be friends with villains such as Queen Chrysalis and Discord. Fluffy ponies are do not appear to be very intelligent, judging by Fluffle Puff's child-like behaviour. She also appears to go to the hospitalΒ a lot. She is seen with a fake unicorn horn on her head in "Pink Fluffy Unicorns Dancing on Rainbows", and that shows Fluffle Puff has a lot of imagination. And she is obviously adorable.
