A Transformers ENF request from , which he asked me to do some time ago, but I kept holding off because I was busy with other things and other people's requests. I saw no reason to continue holding out on this request any longer, so I decided to start doing it.

I regret to say that I still haven't seen many Transformers media lately. I'm still not finished with Transformers Armada and I haven't yet had a chance to watch the Bumblebee movie. I will, though, give my two cents on the idea of Bumblebee starting a reboot of the Transformers cinematic universe as opposed to producing more sequels to Bayformers.

There's no official word yet on which direction the Transformers live-action film series will go in the future, but lots of people think it might be best if the film series from now on establishes a new continuity that ignores the events of the previous films directed by Michael Bay. I have mixed feelings on this idea. On one hand, making a fresh start on continuity couldn't hurt, and could make it possible to bring back Ironhide, Arcee, and other popular characters who got killed off for dumb reasons without having to give explanations for how they've come back. On the other hand, I'd really like to see closure to the Unicron arc that was started at the end of The Last Knight.

Now that I'm done rambling on how I feel about the future of the Transformers live-action movies, I'll get right to summarizing the plot of this story. The Decepticon Slipstream walks in on Shockwave and demands to know what he's doing. Shockwave reveals that he's created some new Bio-Scraplets guided by a hive mind called Drone X. In addition to being able to destroy Autobot armor and weaponry, Drone X proves to be able to take on the form of any Autobot it chooses.

The Decepticons manage to lure Bumblebee, Arcee, and Grimlock out in the open. Arcee scouts the area for sneak attacks from the Seekers, but then finds that Drone X has assumed her form.
