Anyway, the story is that Kitty Katswell of the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force ends up having to pee, and the urgency of answering nature's call worsens when she sees that every bathroom at T.U.F.F. HQ is out of order.

Verminious Snaptrap and Ollie of D.O.O.M. overhear Kitty's complaint and plot to arrange to capture Kitty by deceiving her into thinking none of the public restrooms are available and capturing her when she finally resorts to relieving herself without access to the facilities.

There's nothing seen here that's any different from when children's cartoons show a character needing to use the bathroom, so no Mature Content label.
